Victoria's View Of Health and Wellness
"This is a chance of a lifetime - even with all vast
technological advances we cannot control the world around us. But we can
exercise control over our health. Our task is to understand and explain durable
form of evidence that permits us reflecting on how things are being done and
what is best for us. The important thing is not to be clumsy determinists but to
take into account both visible structures and invisible forces that support
them. When someone is sick, disease is present in EVERY CELL OF THE BODY. There
is no point to treat only that part of the body where disease can be observed.
Topical applications, surgery, antibiotics and antiviral meds
are after particular class of cells. After disease has been “eradicated” from
those cells, the rest of the body holds on to the disease anyway – what has
caused inflammation in removed organ did not go away. In fact, after
“successful” local suppression, a disease can no longer express itself through
gallbladder, appendix, tonsils, etc. because they are not there anymore! It
needs to find somewhere else to express itself, which makes the foundation for
“new” more complicated disease with a different name, but same origin. You came
here to do something else. This is how pathology develops. The key philosophic
principles teach us that man’s happiness does not consist in any created good at
all. Instead, it is rooted in ability to accept the existence of the First Cause
itself. “Happiness is the reward for works of virtue”. But it is the work of
True Health and Will to keep us on the path of virtue. Here is to intellectual
distinction and teaching excellence of our lives!"

Career Experience
-
15+ years in immunodiagnostic industry (Siemens,
Diagnostic Products Corporation), clinical, research and manufacturing
aspects of enzyme-labeled and chemiluminescent heterogeneous automated
immunoassay system development.
-
Research methodologies, literature evaluation, product
development and technology transfer. Implementation of Good Laboratory
Practice and Good Documentation Practice for quality control and quality
assurance applications. Development of package inserts and competitors
comparison data, monitoring of pre-market approval.
-
Many years in diagnostic industry can be summarized with one
sentence: “Lab tests need to be interpreted with caution, not as a
foundation of treatment”.
-
Using a test with low sensitivity or in the early stages of
pathology, the actual case of the disease may be missed.
-
If a test has low specificity, positive test reporting
instrumental in diagnosis of the disease may be wrong. Bottom line
consideration as well as some personal experience has finally brought the
realization that test results always need to be evaluated in the specific
context of person individuality.
-
In 2003 the “new found” philosophy of health became the
road to my studies.
