Warranty

• The device comes with a two (2) year warranty.

Shipping

• The Bionetix Vitalis is ship via Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, and Parcelforce.

• Any additional shipping charges incurred for hard-to-access regions which the manufacture is notified of by the shipping company will be payable in addition to the purchase price. Upon the additional payment being made, the order will be shipped.

Returns

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery, the cost of returning the device via tracked courier will be paid by the buyer.
