Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
viral, bacterial and fungal killer so drink 2 tablespoons in a glass of
filtered water with 1 teaspoon of lemon twice daily. If you prefer it to be
warm that's fine.Apply also topically with a
cotton ball the affected area 2-3 daily with water at a 50/50 ratio.

Lavender Oil
Gelps stop the burning from lichen sclerosus usually in a few minutes.
Try and see and if it's helping it enough that you don't need to use the
steroid cream that would be great. But if you need to use that for relief,

Castor Oil:
Combine 4 tablespoons of organic one with 2-3 drops of lavender oil and
1-2 drops of lemongrass oil and put in a jar to store. Use the mixture like
a thin paste on the area because it sticks to the skin. Do this every night.
It helps relieve the burning and itching, it helps to heal the skin and is
the natural alternative to a steroid cream.
