medical advice if you have an health concerns.
The liver flush is intended be to done as a series of flushes,
done every 3-4 weeks untilall stones are removed,
which can take
6 - 8 flushes for some people and 10 - 12 for others. Once there is
no
evidence of gallstones after a flush,
you should still do the liver flush 2 times per
year, every 6 months or so.
Doing this will help you remain gallstone tone free
and continue to boost your immune
system for improved long term health.
Important: Those with Gall Bladder Removal - Read
This
Consult your
medical practitioner before doing the Liver Flush for any medical
advice. If you have gallbladder disease, gallbladder attacks or have had gallbladder
removal surgery, you must read the book before proceeding with this flush.
Certain medical conditions contra-indicate doing a liver flush
safely and you must check with your medial practitioner prior.
If you had your gallbladder removed, you may need to take cranberry juice OR gold coin
grass prior to the liver flush (Gold coin grass is called "GCG" buy
at
https://www.sensiblehealth.com/Products-Tinctures.xhtml¤cy=us to order).
These are used for 2 to 3 weeks before liver cleansing.
You should also consult your medical practitioner about supplementing with ox
bile per meal (also known as "Cholacol" and sold by Standard Process
on Amazon and by other names and through other providers on the internet.)
You will need to supplement the rest of your life since you will never again get the right amount of bile to properly
digest your food.
The Liver
Your liver is your second most
important organ, second to the brain! Keeping it healthy helps all types of
body functions to work optimally. The purpose of the liver flush is to dilate
the bile ducts and to keep the bile free flowing and free of debris and
accumulated toxins. The liver
is the largest filter of the body. Every 3 minutes the liver filters ALL of your
blood. Through this filtration process, the liver processes metabolic wastes,
toxins, viruses, parasites, pathogens, heavy metals from the environment as well
as past vaccinations, as well as other chemicals
including drugs, birth control pills, etc. In today's extremely toxic
environment, we are exposed to unprecedented amounts of chemicals and heavy
metals.

LIVER GALL STONE
CLEANSE - BASIC INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL PROCEDURES
Do
Not Do A Flush If You Are Ill Or Suffering From Any Acute Cold, Flu, Etc.!
Choose A Day
Pick a day
for the Flush when you have nothing much to do the next day, and preferably
even the day after.
Friday or Saturday is
best for most people who have the weekend off.
Don't make
any plans to eat out or go out, attend a party, etc.
You will have a series of several
bowel movements the morning after the flush and will need to be home, near
the toilet.
Important: Prepare for Am Effective Flush By
Doing a Colonic Within 24 Hours to Starting!
This is done to
help to clean out the colon in preparation for a smooth exit of stones
during the Flush. You should use a professional with experience.
The colon must be clean, not congested for the Flush to be effective.
This way the passed gallstones are not caught in the colon during or after
the Flush.
Suggested: Do your
1st
colonic
at least week before your Flush.
This is critical if you are prone to any constipation to clean out the colon.
Do not skip this step! This will help you determine if your body
is ready for a successful flush.
Required:Do your 2nd
colonic within
24 hours of beginning your Flush.
Required: Do your 3rd
colonicwithin 3 days afteryour Flush.
Options for those who cannot do a
colonic: A Colema boardfor home enemas
is an option if you do
not do the required colonics.
Colosan capsules taken daily, between 2- 6 depending on the person, 3
times per day for 1 week prior to the Flush and after is another option. A home
enema bag is less effective, but another option.
Step 1: Prepare for the Flush For 6
Days Prior - Pick One Option- Drink Evenly During the Day, Away from Mealtimes,
Not Late in the Evening Note: If you have Candida, a yeast overgrowth OR
diabetes OR are sensitive to sugar OR suspect any of these, then all the sugar in all
the apple juice is not recommended. Pick another option, we suggest the malic
acid in water.
As a general health
rule, everyone should drink half their weight, in ounces, of plain
water each day. This hydrates the colon and improves colon health.
Option 1:
Drink 32 oz. organic apple juice per day, at room temperature for 6
days prior to the flush.
Option 2:
Drink 32 oz of 1 tsp. of
food grade malic acid in
32 oz. of water, drink it at room temperature for 6 days prior to the flush.
Buy food grade malic acid at Amazon
has it for $11.95 at
https://www.amazon.com/Malic-Acid-Grade-Crystalline-Powder/dp/B005IDM9E4.
Use a straw to avoid the taste buds on
the tongue, the taste is somewhat sour or bitter.
Option 3: Drink 16 oz. water
mixed with 16 oz. of organic cranberry juice and drinkthrough
the day, at room temperature for 6
days prior to the flush.
Option 4: Drink 8 oz. red cherry
juice (it's very high in malic acid - not sweeter dark cherry juice) and
drink it through the day, at room temperature for 6
days prior to the flush.
Either of
these 4 options will help to soften the gallstones for easier removal.
The water will help hydrate the colon
and improve your lymph system circulation as well.
Step 2: Day of Flush: Morning Eat Light
Breakfast and Drink in the Morning
Eat a small
breakfast that contains no fat, no nuts, no protein, no butter, no oils, no
milk, no yogurt, no cheese, no sweets, no cold foods.
Best choice is
oatmeal.
Drink all 32 oz. of the apple juice OR the malic acid in water OR
cranberry juice in water OR the red cherry juice in the morning on
this day.
Step 3: Day of Flush: Noon Eat a Light, Warm Lunch
Eat light and small lunch of warm food.
Best choice is steamed vegetables and basmati rice with sea salt.
Do not eat any
protein foods, nuts, butter, oil, fatty or fried foods, spices, milk,
yogurt, cheese, sweets or cold foods!
After 1:30 pm, eat
no more food and do not drink anything
except
water.
Step 4: Evening of Flush, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm: Drink Epsom Salts in
Water This is to encourage a bowel movement and to dilate and widen your bile
ducts, making it easy for the gallstones to pass. This also helps to clearing out
waste in the colon that may obstruct the gallstones.
REMEMBER: You may drink water whenever you are thirsty except right after
drinking the Epsom salts and the first 2 hours after drinking the oil mixture.
Mix 4
tablespoons of the
Epsom salts
(magnesium sulfate) into 3 cups of water that are 8 oz., each – this
will be a total
24 oz. of water in a large jar.
You will be drinking 4
servings of 6 oz. each of this mixture.
It's is very bitter
- drink from a straw,
held way back near the throat to bypass the taste buds! It's ok to put
some lemon in it, or squeeze some directly into your mouth right away.
At 6 p.m. drink a 1st
serving of the 6 oz. cup of the mixture - drink it all at once.
At 8 p.m. drink a 2nd
serving of the 6 oz. cup of the mixture - drink it all at once.
If there is no bowel movement by 9:30
pm, and
you did NOT do a colon cleanse, Colema board or
Colosan capsules in the last 24 hours, then you can do an at
home water enema to trigger a series of bowel movements.
Note: if you absolutely cannot tolerate
the taste Epsom salts (try some before you do the flush to see), you can substitute
12 capsules of magnesium citrate (170 mg, each),
dissolved in the 4 oz. of water instead, or swallow with 4 oz of
water, taken for each Epsom salt
dose. You will need 12 capsules times 4 doses (o 48 capsules) with 4 oz. water each time,
for a series of 4.
Step 5: Evening of Flush 9:45 pm:
Mix the Olive Oil and
Citrus (Grapefruit OR Lemon & Orange)
At 9:45 pm wash
thoroughly the grapefruits OR the lemons and oranges. You can use either.
Squeeze them by hand and remove
the pulp to get 6 oz. total of fresh juice. This will be between
3-4 depending on size. If you are using lemons and oranges, use equal
amounts for 3 oz. for each.
Pour the 6 oz. of juice and 4 oz.
of olive oil into a pint jar.
Close lid tightly and shake
hard 20 times or until the solution is watery.
Step 6: Evening of Flush 10 pm:
Drink All the Flush
Mixture within 5 Minutes, While Standing
REMEMBER: You may drink water whenever you are thirsty except right after
drinking the Epsom salts and the first 2 hours after drinking the oil mixture.
At
exactly 10:00 pm drink the
liquid, using a straw or from the cup, while standing next to your bed.
Drink without
interruption, the whole thing through a wide straw to hide the taste.
It is sour, with a
consistency like an oily milk shake.
You can use honey if necessary
between sips to help it go down.
Do not take longer
than 5 minutes for drinking this. (Older
people or those weak may take longer if needed.)
ONCE
YOU HAVE DRUNK IT ALL, LIE DOWN
IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT MOVE.
Your head should be on one or 2 pillows so it
is higher than your abdomen.
Lie perfectly
still for at least 20 minutes and try not to speak, just focus on your liver.
You may feel the gallstones
traveling along the bile ducts like marbles.
There will not be spasms or
any pain because the Epsom salts keep the bile duct
valves wide open and relaxed and the bile that is excreted along with the
stones keeps the bile ducts well lubricated.
After 20 minutes is up, just go to sleep lying on your
right side with your right knee pulled up to your chin. Fall asleep in this
position if you can. This position speeds up the process of the olive
oil entering the gall bladder to act as a lubricant. This, along with the
softening action of the lemon juice, will help to free the stones more
easily and readily from the gallbladder.
Stay in bed and forget everything
until the urge to go the toilet comes.
If you feel nausea or have to
vomit:
this is due to a strong and sudden exit of gallstones and also many toxins
from the liver and gallbladder, which are pushing the oil mixture back into
the stomach. The nausea will pass as the morning progress. Not everyone
feels nausea, but for some it is possible. If you have to vomit, that's ok,
it is not very common. The nausea will pass and the Flush will still
be effective.
Step 7: Evening and Morning Bowel
Movements Will Exit the Gallstones!
Anytime you feel the urge for a
bowel movement, do so at any time.
At each bowel movement, check
if there are any small gallstones - they are pea green or tan colored -
floating in the toilet - or collected in the net or plastic strainer if you wish to do so.
There also maybe greenish liquid
excrement in the toilet bowl. Those are
small gallstones because some gallstones may be dissolved by the
treatment.
About 2:00 am or 3:00 am
many people wake up with the urge to go to the toilet. It may
not happen.
For some people, it doesn't happen
until the morning the next day.
Check each bowel movement for gallstones.
There is no pain or spasm when passing the stones.
To collect and save the expelled
stones: When you have the first bowel movement after the cleanse,
you'll use the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick to wash the
fecal material through the net or strainer Pour water gently and use
the stick to separate the stones from the fecal material. The fecal
material will be runny and wash through the net. You can use the index card,
folded in half, as a makeshift shovel. Place the stones in the jar and
screw the lid on if you wish to save them for awhile as "proof" your Flush
worked.
If you feel nausea
after the
Flush: Drink fresh ginger in water to help with nausea.
Drinking 2 - 3 cups of Chamomile tea will help calm the digestive
tract and nervous system.
Step 8: Next Morning After the Flush
- Drink More Epsom Salts
6:00 – 6:30 am: If you
are thirsty, drink a glass of warm water first. Then drink the 3rd glass
of the 6 oz. Epsom salts in water mixture using a straw.
Rest, read, meditate or go back
to sleep.
8:00 – 8:30 am: Drink the
4th (last) glass of the 6 oz. Epsom salts in water mixture using a
straw.
You will continue to have a series of
water bowel movements as the colon is cleaned out. These may or may
not have stones. They will be watery, and you may see greenish, oily
liquid as well.
10:00 – 10:30 am: Drink
freshly squeezed fruit juice at this time.
11:00 am: Eat light but
regular food, such as a smoothie, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc.
After: By evening or the
next morning you should be back to normal and feel the first signs of
improvement!
Eat healthy and light foods
including plenty of fresh fruit, salads and cooked vegetables after
your flush.
Step 9: Next Few Days After the Flush
Repeat a colonic after the
flush within 3 days to remove any excess stones in the colon that have not
yet passed.
Continue to eat light meals
during the 2 - 3 days following the flush.
Avoid eating many heavy
protein foods, fatty or fried foods, spices, dairy, sweets or cold foods
during the first few days after the Flush.
Step 10: Continue a Healthy Lifestyle and Diet To Keep Your
Liver, Gallbladder and Colon in Optimum Health!
Consult your
Homeopath for continued
chronic care support.
Follow a healthy diet daily
high in living and organic foods, low in processed foods.
Drink half your weight, in ounces of water daily to keep you colon and lymphatic system hydrated!

Focus on living foods, salads, fresh
fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds and whole grains.
Limit
or eliminate dairy and meat intake.

any foods that contain transfats in foods, unhealthy oils, any MSG
in foods, all fast foods.
Before eating breakfast and after
doing Olive Oil Therapy, start your day by
drinking 1 teaspoon of raw honey and the juice of 2 lemons mixed in a cup of
water water. This is to clean out your digestive tract, before
eating breakfast.
Exercise on a daily/weekly
basis to keep your circulation and lymph system stimulated.
Women should massage their breasts
to improve lymph drainage from the fatty tissues there every day.

massaged clockwise, left breast is massaged counter-clockwise in a circular
motion around the breast. ending in the middle, going down towards your
belly button. Easy to do while showering!
