On This Case by the Treating Homeopath

This testimonial
above was written by a new mother of an unvaccinated baby who was
successfully treated for whooping cough symptoms at six weeks of age, using only homeopathy and
vitamin C.
This
mother and father had been a fertility clients in my practice, and
has successfully conceived their beautiful baby girl after 6 months
of homeopathic care in the fall of 2015, following three years of
infertility and failed ART (Artificial Reproduction Technology). The
mother became pregnant using our
Natural Fertility Program. The
parent's were firm believers in the power of homeopathy to correct
and heal the body and have also provided a
testimonial on their
success for infertility.
Their
new baby was
exposed to whooping cough, which is a highly infectious disease, from a family member who had contracted respiratory ailments at a large
convention they had attended and the family member was treated by antibiotics.
Shortly after the family member's exposure and contact with the infant girl, the baby's whooping cough symptoms
began. Whooping cough symptoms including onset of symptoms during the incubation period of whooping cough
exposure which is 7 - 21 days and began with nasal discharge, some fussiness and
gastric disturbances as well as a spasmodic cough that later ended in
gagging.
Vomiting was reported by the father in the night. The baby
also struggled to easily catch her breath between these spasmodic
coughs. These
are all the classic signs of whooping cough in infants
and children.
Homeopathic
Remedies Used For Whooping Cough For This Baby
Remedy Used: The homeopathic
remedy given for whopping cough was Drosera.
Homeopathic Remedies for whooping cough was begun as soon as the mother
contacted me as the homeopath. The mother provided a detailed symptoms picture
which included the worst time for coughing, the gagging and spasmodic cough that
would make the baby's face look panicked and scared the mother, and spitting up
and vomiting after coughing. The
homeopathic remedy used for whooping cough was water
dosed in order to provide a faster and gentle recovery.
Adjunct Support:
In addition to the homeopathic remedy,
Vitamin C in the form of sodium ascorbate
was also given daily during homeopathic care to improve the outcome
speed. This is the
non-GMO, non-corn sodium based powdered form of Vitamin C from the
www.VitaminCFoundation.org.
The Vitamin C was dissolved in water and given orally by a dropper several times
a day in between doses of the homeopathic remedy for whooping cough symptoms in
this baby. The infant was breast feed normally during care and kept at an
elevated position during sleep to make breathing easier.
