Travel Remedy Easy Dosing Guide – Basic Remedies

Instructions for DRY dosing during travel:
Dose is 2 pills under the tongue until dissolved.  No food for water 15 minutes after or before each dose.
Repeat dose every 1 to 2 hours as needed until relief comes then stop. Up to 6 doses in one day.  
If not working, it is either the wrong remedy or you need a higher potency.
